Dear Friends of the Ursuline Academy of Music,

Every year, the Ursuline Center receives an annual loan of a number of new pianos for our
rehearsal, teaching, and performance needs. These pianos are provided at no charge to us. Having
these pianos in our facility is essential to providing quality experiences for our students and our
community.

As a part of this loan program, these and other fine pianos are annually offered for sale and then
replaced with new ones. In addition to the pianos on loan, allocated grands, verticals, digitals,
players, as well as a selection of used pianos will be sold at significant discounts from their regular
price. New and used pianos will be available for sale from top quality brands such as Kawai,
Yamaha, Steinway, Baldwin, Young Chang, Perzina, Charles R. Walter, and others. Many of the
loan pianos are less than one year old and have been carefully maintained. All of the new and loan
pianos come with manufacturer warranties and technical services. Delivery and financing will be
offered at the sale.

There are two ways to view and select a piano:

1. By appointment only on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, September 8, 9, 10. This letter
allows you priority selection and special pricing. You may arrange an appointment by
calling the piano sale appointment line at (330) 726-8400.
2. You may attend the public sale day on Saturday, September 11 from 10 am – 7 pm, in the
auditorium of the Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road, Canfield, OH 44406. (Google Map Link)

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to purchase a premium piano and to help support the
Ursuline Academy of Music loan program at the same time. We are fortunate to have the piano
loan program for our students and would be pleased if this program were of direct benefit to you
as well.
